Role Description:

We are hiring a Project Engineer to support onsite engineering projects. This role requires hands-on coordination between the Client site and offshore engineering teams, with a strong focus on brownfield project execution.

You'll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

  • Act as the primary onsite interface for engineering coordination.
  • Gather site data, clarify field inputs, and resolve on-ground issues.
  • Coordinate with Client stakeholders, local vendors, and Quest Global teams.
  • Manage assigned brownfield project scope from FEED through construction and start-up.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet safety, cost, schedule, and quality goals.
  • Support procurement, long-lead item sourcing, and project reviews.
  • Oversee smooth transitions between project phases and sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 9+ years of experience in petrochemical, refining, or related process industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry design standards, codes, and safety criteria.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning, coordination, and technical judgment.
  • Proven leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced and changing project environments.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
