Location: Colorado Springs, CO Compensation: Competitive base + bonus + full benefits

A well-established general contractor based in Colorado is seeking an Estimator with experience in healthcare, education, community, and municipal projects to join their preconstruction team.

• Experience estimating ground-up construction projects in sectors such as healthcare, K-12, higher education, municipal, and community buildings

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

• Strong knowledge of quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and proposal preparation

• Proficiency in estimation software (such as Sage Estimating, OST, or similar)

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of public and private sector projects

• Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor scopes to build detailed proposals

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers during the design and bid phases

• Participate in value engineering and project cost reviews
