- Lead and support detailed electrical power systems design for municipal water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Perform load calculations, conduit routing, motor control center and switchgear design, and generate technical specifications.
- Conduct field investigations and support startup activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
- 612 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in water/wastewater or related infrastructure.
- PE license (or in the process of obtaining).
- Proficiency in power system applications: short circuit current, voltage drop, harmonic distortion, and power factor.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 820, NESC, and IEEE Color Book Series.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, self-starting mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience with electrical design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Knowledge of municipal water reuse, fire protection, and electrical safety standards.
- Exposure to commissioning, field startup, and control systems.
