Site / Civil Project Manager

Our client is looking for a driven Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and grow a high-performing site/civil team. In this role, you'll be the linchpin between engineering execution and client satisfactionoverseeing diverse projects ranging from commercial to municipal and institutional work. Compensation

$100,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

Lead civil site design from concept to completion, including grading, stormwater, and infrastructure

Manage client relationships and identify new project opportunities

Direct and mentor junior civil designers and interns

Perform QA/QC reviews and ensure project profitability

Oversee permitting, SWPPP preparation, and local/state compliance

Represent the firm with clients, agencies, and community stakeholders

Guide team productivity and support business development

What You'll Need to be Considered

Be able to do the job as described

PE license in Alabama

Civil 3D proficiency and strong stormwater design/report drafting skills

Proven leadership in managing diverse civil/site projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings
