Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Site Superintendent position include: 8+ years of experience in industrial construction; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish, including subcontractor coordination and daily reporting Experience with R D and industrial facilities, particularly involving mechanical, electrical, and control systems Ability to interpret technical drawings and effectively manage project schedules using Procore and MS Project Represent the company as the main on-site point of contact, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards Travel to and manage client sites across the U.S., with projects currently in North Carolina, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio Company-provided vehicle, $50/day travel bonus, housing, and per diem provided during travel assignments Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Site Superintendent position include:

8+ years of experience in industrial construction; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred
