Journeyman Electrician - Modular Home Manufacturing Location: Albertville, MN Job Type: Contract to Hire Pay: $35-$45/hr (based on experience and licensing) Schedule Options: Day Shift: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Evening Shift: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM Optional Overtime Available on Fridays About the Role Join a cutting-edge team building pre-manufactured modular homes in a brand-new, climate-controlled 180,000 sq. ft. facility . As a Journeyman Electrician , you'll wire modular units for multi-family, living, and hospitality developmentsall from a single, shop-based location with no travel required . What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Connect circuit breakers, transformers, and other components Test and maintain electrical systems and appliances Recommend layouts and install wiring, switches, and fuse boxes Inspect wiring and fixtures to ensure compliance with MN electrical codes Identify hazards and ensure all systems meet safety and code standards Plan and execute electrical layouts based on blueprints and job specs Use testing devices to verify continuity and system integrity What You Bring 5+ years of electrical experience in residential and commercial new builds Strong knowledge of Minnesota building codes Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical schematics Skilled in troubleshooting, conduit bending, and construction wiring Journeyman license (required or in progress) Additional Qualifications Ability to lead and collaborate with a team Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic Why You'll Love This Job 4-day work week with optional Fridays off No travel - all work is done in-house Year-round employment in a climate-controlled facility Brand-new tools and equipment provided Opportunity to mentor and grow into leadership roles Competitive benefits upon permanent hire, including: Paid Time Off & Holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision options Apply Today!
