Responsibilities Follow supervisor s instructions and carry out job assignment in timely manner Supervise and be responsible for other installers, including training Follows processes and expectations outlined in Silver Tree s Quality Program Report problems with company tools or vehicle to management promptly Works professionally with customers, co-workers, and other subcontractors Run and work a job from start to finish and without Supervision Maintain professional relationships with builders and contractors Always maintains a professional appearance and attitude. Complete job within timelines and within labor budget Complete all necessary paperwork for the job and change orders
