Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a diligent Machine Operator to ensure the correct production of products using a saw. The role involves moving products from the machine to a staging area and requires attention to detail and the ability to keep pace with the machine.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate saw to produce products accurately.
+ Transfer finished products to staging area.
+ Set up machines and ensure proper functioning.
+ Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
+ Stand on your feet for the entire shift.
+ Conduct quality checks on your work.
+ Handle materials using hand tools and general labor techniques.
+ Inspect and operate CNC machines.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in loading, lifting boxes, and machine setup.
+ Experience in machine operation and saw operation.
+ Ability to use a tape measure and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with general production and inspection.
+ Familiarity with hand tools and material handling.
+ Capability to work in a loud, non-climate-controlled environment.

Work in a steel manufacturing facility, primarily individually, in an open bay with loud machinery audible from the office area. The facility operates from 2:30 PM to 11 PM with a 45-minute lunch break. Training occurs on a swing shift with the first shift machine operator.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
