Experienced Builder/Teacher Needed (2 Days/Week)

Seeking experienced builder or contractor for 2 days/week on renovation project in Morgantown. This will be hybrid work -- building, as well as teaching/apprenticing with property owner/farm helpers. This is professional work on a private sitecarpentry, roof leaks, kitchen retrofit, drainage, etc.

Requirements
Licensed contractor (WV) with proof of insurance
Skilled in project management, general carpentry, roofing, and light plumbing
Has own tools and transportation
Available Thursdays and/or Fridays (preference for both)
Willing to sign a standard waiver and independent contractor agreement
Strong communication skills
