As the Low Voltage Division Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the department, including managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership, and overseeing business development.
You Are:
- KNOWLEDGEABLE: NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, BICSI or equivalent low voltage credentials, and Manufacturer training certifications preferred; Understanding of NFPA standards, International Building and Fire Codes, Accessibility Codes, and state and locally adopted life safety codes
- EXPERIENCED: Previous experience within Fire Protection in low voltage systems; Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management
- EDUCATED: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or relevant field or equivalent experience
- ORGANIZED: Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
What You'll Do:
- OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Oversee operations of the department, ensuring the effective management of projects, contracts, estimates, client relationships, vendor partnerships, resources, and personnel
- EXECUTE: Identify and implement market strategies to build the local share of market
- FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT: Prepare and manage department budgets and monitor overall financial performance
- LEAD: Utilize previous knowledge to teach, train, and guide your team towards success
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Communicate with clients, project teams, and F.E. Moran employees to build honest and trusting relationships
