Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator / Project Manager position include: 3-5 years of experience in concrete and/or masonry estimating or project management Ability to read and interpret construction plans and create accurate estimates Familiarity with commercial and multifamily projects ranging from $5K to $3.5M Experience using online takeoff and estimating software; Planswift preferred OSHA 10 certification and Procore experience are a plus Responsible for full-cycle estimating and some project management Work closely with a junior project manager to oversee jobs 100% in-office position with potential for future hybrid flexibility Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
