un Handyman/woman job (Tulsa Metro) compensation: Per work order - job We're looking for a handy person in the Tulsa area to handle small jobs in apartments, condos, and homes. Some of the work we do includes: light plumbing and basic electrical work clearing drains, Grass Cuts, shrubs trimming, trashouts. Cleaning up, debris removal, painting, changing locks, removing vegetation, installing appliances. Ceiling fans, lights, and more. Every day brings different tasks. Requirements: You must have your own tools and insurance, or be able to obtain them. You need to be able to pay attention to details. A smartphone is necessary to take and send pictures of your work. We have work available immediately, and we pay weekly. This job is for an independent contractor (1099), so you'll need to handle your own taxes and insurance.
