Property Services General Laborer

We are in quick need of a candidate to fill our Property Services General laborer role. This position consist of going to job sites and preforming a wide array of property services to commercial and residential locations, such as cleaning, basic maintenance, painting, lawn care, etc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in basic property maintenance (though we do have a strong training culture), can start relatively soon, can keep a flexible schedule, working in people's homes, and completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Will drive and haul supplies. The PERFECT candidate will be willing to help transport other dedicated team members to job sites who aren't fortunate enough to have a vehicle (gas compensation comes with this role).

Requires attention to detail, and flexibility. We treat each property better than we would our own and each client and team member better than we would ourself. It's more than a job, it's a lifestyle with many perks and room for advancement.
