Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team. This position involves performing various minor construction tasks, general clean up, lawn mowing, sprinkler maintenance, and snow removal for our residential and commercial properties.

A is generally responsible for electrical, mechanical and plumbing related repairs. landscape maintenance employees to ensure the exterior areas are kept in good condition. Here are some common duties performed by a Handyman:

-Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry.
-Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
-Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
-Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
-Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
-Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
-Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Perform regular lawn mowing, trimming, and landscaping duties.
- Provide snow removal services during winter months.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with property management and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various construction trades and landscaping practices.
- Ability to operate lawn care and snow removal equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
