JOB DESCRIPTION
Industrial Operation Supervisors are accountable for many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, on-boarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Be Doing:
Assists with dispatching assets and personnel and schedule projects daily.
Communicates with clients, with a customer service focus daily.
Assists with project related biddings and proposals.
Supports and improves business development daily.
Reviews operator's daily paperwork (Daily trip ticket, FLRA, DOT logs, Project logs).
Ensures that operators are following Badger's maintenance polices procedures.
Delivers material to the crews in the field, if required.
Assists and supports with the safety meetings, which includes preparing the agenda.
Performs daily onsite safety inspections.
Leads and coaches crew members by providing feedback and assisting with training according to company and client policies.
Monitors the correct and safe operation of industrial cleaning equipment and adherence to operational and safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years' industrial cleaning experience with supervisory experience required.
Mechanical aptitude and sales experience preferred.
Strong computer skills (Oracle or similar systems preferred) and excellent organizational abilities.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively engage diverse teams (field and office personnel).
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
