Would you like to work 3 days on and 4 days off? What about working 36 hours a week and still being paid for 40?! We are Now Hiring Experienced Aluminum Welders in White City for a weekend shift at an airport ramp manufacturing company!

Aluminum Welders Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$23.00 to $28.00 /hour

Full Time work available

Weekend work required

First Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06:00am to 06:30pm)

Schedule: three 12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun), paid for 40 hours total, 34 hours at regular pay and 6 hours of overtime pay each week!

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

Set up and operate welding equipment, tools, and fixtures specific to aluminum welding

Ensure clean, smooth, and structurally sound welds with minimal spatter or distortion

Conduct measurements and inspections to verify weld quality and part alignment

Aluminum Welders Qualifications:

Must have at least 1+ years of aluminum welding experience with MIG and/or TIG

Must deliver clean, smooth welds and be able to pass a weld test

Own hood and gloves

Able to lift up to 75 lbs

Must be willing to work weekend shift, 3 days on 4 days off.

Some kind of industrial shop experience preferred:

New high school graduates starting a career who took welding, shop, etc at school for at least a year and have some heavy lifting experience may qualify

Applicant may be subject to a background check

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
