What You'll Do:

As a Field Superintendent, you'll work closely with a skilled team of Superintendents, Measure Techs, Field Managers, and our Production Team to:

• Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety

• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals

• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project

• Help M&M maintain our 95% customer satisfaction rate

This role is vital in upholding our commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives in the field and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every job site.

Required:

• Residential construction experience (commercial a plus)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs (sloped and flat), and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories high

• Conversational Spanish or a strong willingness to learn
