Painter, plumber. Laborer, electrician, tree trimmer, landscaper Needs

Considering rehabbing a house close to downtown Calais. Interior paint is needed, two bathrooms need to be remodeled, replace the heating system, select area, painting, take down a tree out front, clean up the yard, send some floors and possibly install some railings. If I can find good help at a reasonable cost, we can pull it off in a timely manner. Ill do it. If not, Ill pass on it.
