Plumber / Service Technician

We are seeking qualified candidates to perform the diverse duties in our pump systems and water treatment division.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plumber / Service Technician at BOOK & PROCH WELL DRILLING, INC in New Castle, PA. The Plumber / Service Technician will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, which may include residential service, manual labor, equipment operation, treatment installation, maintenance/repair tasks, digging water lines and well hookups, well repair and other duties as assigned. Experience not necessary, will train, but plumbing knowledge helpful.

**Qualifications**

- Physical strength and stamina

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Experience with using hand and power tools

- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Experience in construction or related field is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must hold a valid Driver's License & pass a background check

- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical

- Ability to adapt to change in direction and priority to maintain a fast paced and detailed work environment

- Must be positive, resourceful, and self-motivated

- Must be neat, presentable, and have good hygiene
