Construction Worker Weekly Pay - $32/HR**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a Construction Worker, you will be involved in various tasks to support the construction process, including site preparation, material handling, concrete and assisting skilled tradespeople.
**Location:** Omaha, Nebraska
**Pay Rate:** $21 - $32
**Shift:** 7am 5:30pm (Monday Friday)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
+ Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
+ Operate and maintain various hand and power tools.
+ Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
+ Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
+ Perform general labor tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
+ Ability to operate hand and power tools.
+ Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
+ Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $32.00/hr.
