W ere not just opening stores at Floor & Decor, were shaping the customer experience from the ground up. As our Construction Pro ject Manager, youll lead architectural partnerships, manage prototype evolution, and drive store development projects from concept to entitlement. From creative oversight to construction feasibility, youll make sure every new space lives up to our standardsand leads the way forward.
Your Day Consists Of
Managing architectural firms and design consultants across multiple new store builds and remodels
Owning prototype plan development, updates, and version control across the portfolio
Coordinating due diligence, feasibility, entitlements, and signage design with internal teams and external vendors
Reviewing and redlining construction drawings, fixture layouts, and lease exhibits for consistency and accuracy
Leading site investigation processes and working with city planning officials to secure approvals
Driving collaboration between Store Planning, Construction, Real Estate, and Creative

Youll Be Successful With
A background in Architecture or Design, with 5+ years of project or program management experience
Familiarity with CAD software, construction documentation, and prototype management
Experience working with external consultants, architects, and local jurisdictions
The ability to juggle multiple site projects in a high-growth environmentwithout losing track of the details
Excellent cross-functional communication and a natural eye for translating design into real-world execution
Comfort with travel (3040%) and the fast pace of construction sites

P HYSICAL /S ENSORY R EQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Store Support Center Associates
Provide leadership and support training on all Safety programs, processes and procedures, insuring that every associate is properly trained for their position.
Follow established Safety procedures in all aspects of work assignments applicable to the position. Each associate is responsible for Safety at the Store Support Center and when visiting other company work locations. All Safety concerns must be brought to the attention of the management of a location and/or the Store Support Center Safety Department immediately.
