Cabinet Installer - Full Time

Pay: $20$26/hour | Hours: 40/week | Schedule: MonFri 8:00 AM4:30 PM (occasional weekends)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time cabinet installer who is motivated to grow with our company. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and eager to take on new challenges with the potential to move into a leadership role within a year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install cabinets, floating shelves, hardware, and specialized custom-built units
- Read and interpret plans and job specifications
- Perform precise measuring, cutting, and finishing
- Use power tools and carpentry equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and clean job sites
- Adapt to custom projects and job site challenges
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth

Performance Goals:
- Complete installs correctly the first time (95%+ satisfaction rate)
- Improve speed by 10% without compromising quality
- Maintain zero safety incidents through proper protocol
- Meet project deadlines with minimal downtime
- Contribute to a 10% increase in client retention

Requirements:
- 2+ years of cabinet installation or related carpentry experience
- High school diploma (trade school/apprenticeship preferred)
- Proficiency in reading drawings, i.e. wall elevations and layouts
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to lift heavy materials and work flexible hours
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and attitude
