We’re seeking a skilled Civil Estimator to join a growing residential developer focused on build-to-rent and multifamily projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare estimates for civil site work, utilities, grading, paving, and earthwork

• Analyze drawings, specs, and proposals to create accurate takeoffs and cost breakdowns

• Work with vendors/subs to solicit pricing and manage bid coverage

• Assist with value engineering and scope development

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of civil/site estimating experience

• Strong understanding of horizontal construction (utilities, earthwork, site prep)

• Ability to read civil drawings and specs

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with B2R or multifamily development

• Estimating software knowledge (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Excel)
