Structural Engineer

A design and installation company for HVAC and refrigeration projects is looking to add a Structural Engineer to their team! This is a fully remote position, however, the individual will need to be located in Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Job Description :

• Participate in the design and evaluation of large-scale HVAC replacement and one-off complex projects
• Efforts include surveys, roof load evaluations/assessments, structural loading recommendations/reports, structural roof reinforcement design, creation of permit construction drawings
• Coordinate/manage 3rd party consulting firms
• Communicate directly with clients providing deliverable overview, recommendations and progress updates
• Interact with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to review, define and design to meet customer requirements
• Candidate needs to be motivated, highly self-directed and capable of organizing/planning/running multiple concurrent projects with minimal direction meeting deadlines with high quality deliverables
• Coordinate and develop client relationships

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineering License or pursuing this
• 7+ years of professional experience
• Experience working directly with clients
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and structural engineering software for structural design
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with a multi-disciplinary team
• Must be located with Eastern or Central Time Zones

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
