Cascade Stainless Solutions, LLC is growing and were looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our dedicated team in Bend, Oregon. We specialize in precision stainless steel fabrication for the brewing, food processing, and industrial sectors. Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time TIG Welder with 35 years of hands-on experience welding stainless steel to join our fabrication team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality welds on sanitary piping systems, tanks, and custom stainless equipment with tight tolerances and clean finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel (primarily 304/316) components and assemblies.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and technical instructions.
Fit, tack, and weld complex assemblies per production and QA requirements.
Ensure weld quality meets sanitary and aesthetic standards.
Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment following company safety protocols.
Qualifications
35 years TIG welding experience, with a strong focus on stainless steel.
Proficiency in sanitary welding and tube/piping fabrication is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
AWS D17.1 or ASME Section IX certification is an asset (but not required).
Compensation & Benefits
$30/hour starting wage, paid bi-weekly.
Full-time, stable work schedule (MondayFriday, 7:30 AM3:30 PM).
