Framers or framing crew wanted! Looking for people with experience in framing and a work history of custom home framing for a job in Northern Idaho. Inital is for a 8000sq ft residential and paid flat rate by the foot neg rate.

Job will include framing, sheeting, windows and doors instilation.

Responsibilities:

Execute framing project efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Interpret and follow blueprints to meet project specifications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project.
Safely operate hand and power tools related to framing.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Framer or framing crew in the construction industry.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
Strong knowledge of framing techniques and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Must have own power tools and transportation.
