As a Project Coordinator Professional, youll join our collaborative team in Philadelphia, PA, providing our client with design, engineering, and project delivery. Youll support our advanced manufacturing team and client by providing technical and administrative support and, most importantly, helping us stay connected with our client with your communication skills. You may also assist with processing of documents such as invoices and purchase orders; and communicate with other outside resources when needed. Your design and database knowledge will be put to use as you will also provide technical support to our collaborative, multi-discipline design team.
Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Working together, well help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local
* At least 1 year of experience in a project environment
* Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word
* Ability to learn, read and design telecom design schematics
* Ability to learn and become proficient with design software programs

* Experience with Jacobs software
