**Job Description**

Are you driven by solving complex problems and leading high-impact global projects? Danfoss Power Solutions Controls Division is seeking a Global Supply Chain Project Manager to join our international team.

This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain, Controls Division and plays a key role in driving project execution, deploying global initiatives, and supporting our divisional PMO.

This role will lead and support cross-functional projects including specialty initiatives, global process deployment, and Controls Division-wide assessment rollouts, with a strong focus on data, structure, and results.

**Job Responsibilities**

_Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:_

Lead global and divisional supply chain projects in alignment with Controls Division PMO priorities

Support the deployment of Global Supply Chain Assessments across sites, ensuring consistent execution and follow-up

Drive structured problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, operations, customer service, and engineering to ensure effective project implementation

Manage timelines, action plans, and cross-functional accountability for specialty and strategic supply chain initiatives

Utilize SAP, Power BI, and Excel to analyze data, track progress, and develop reporting tools for performance monitoring

Travel requirement: Up to 65 days per year, including international travel

**Background & Skills**

**Required (Basic) Qualifications**

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supporting supply chain or operations projects

Strong experience in problem solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration

Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Excel for project tracking, data visualization, and reportin

**Preferred Qualifications**

Formal training in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)

Experience supporting supply chain initiatives in a global manufacturing or matrixed organization

Prior involvement with PMO structures or structured deployment framework

**Job Criteria**

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across cultures and functional areas

High attention to detail and a structured approach to execution

Ability to lead, influence, and motivate without direct authority

Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving processes

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple global priorities

Willingness to travel internationally up to 65 days/yea
