Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in support of legal and financial sectors. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction in the legal or financial project sector.Responsibilities: Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilizedEnsure application of best practice on all projectsProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as requiredMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctlyManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviewsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communicationsForecast and update key project milestonesManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteriaProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholdersRapid response to RFIs from the fieldProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where requiredIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliersClient management - assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunitiesStrategic Thinking - provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients' objectives and business objectivesKnowledge management - ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is capturedProcess improvement - Identify ways to improve internal systems and processesSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.Project/Program specifications: Project/Program specific responsibilities:ability to assist with site selection and work letter negotiationsMarket sector experience: recent legal and or financial services project experience is preferredProject/program size in dollar value: $5M - $20MQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experienceMinimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experienceStrong organizational and management skills - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader teamEffective presentation skillsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management toolsExcellent communication skillsAdditional Information*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*Our inspired people share our vision and mission. The minimum salary for the Senior Project Manager position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Project Manager position is $165,000 annually.
