What Youll Be Doing
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for residential and light commercial jobs
Visit sites, assess scope, labor, and materials
Manage bids, change orders, and proposals
Work closely with customers, contractors, and crew
Track project costs and flag issues early
Be involved from acquisition to completion

What You Bring
5+ years of construction experience, with 23 years in roofing preferred
Comfortable working outside and climbing ladders in any weather
Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with email and basic estimating tools well train you on our system
Detail-oriented, team-minded
Valid drivers license required
