Job Description

We are seeking a new team member to join our team at Danfoss Climate Solutions, Solutions & Technology. Ideally, we are looking for someone to work hybrid in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• You oversee our diverse set of projects: Customer co-creation, change & process-related as well as innovation technology projects.
• You create comprehensive project plans: defining key deliverables, crafting a stakeholder map, and breaking everything down into clear work packages.
• You ensure that we communicate regularly and openly, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• You adhere to the project's activities, schedule, and resource commitments.
• You coordinate project communication to all relevant stakeholders - from operational to

C- level management, internal to external.

Salary Range Disclaimer:The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000.
