About the Role
The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, leading safety training, and investigating incidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of OSHA standards, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
