Now Hiring: Carpenter Foreman - Commercial Construction Location : Denver Metro Area Pay: Based on Experience Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift Position Overview: We are seeking a Carpenter Foreman with strong experience with commercial ground-up construction, including concrete foundations, structural framing, and core & shell work. This role requires proven leadership experience managing crews of 5-10 carpenters and overseeing field operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on active job sites Perform layout and ensure accuracy using Bluebeam and field tools Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and subcontractors Conductdaily safety toolbox talks and enforce site safety protocols Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to meet deadlines Maintain high standards of quality and productivity Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience, including 2+ years in a foreman role Skilled in foundation, structural, and core/shell construction Proficient in layout and reading construction documents Experience using Bluebeam or similar digital plan tools Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Must have own tools and reliable transportation OSHA 30 certification preferred What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Long-term projects with growth potential Supportive team environment Emphasis on safety and quality craftsmanship Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
