Project Architect - Lead Civic, Commercial & Institutional Projects

Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility

A respected, design-forward architecture and planning firm in downtown Nashville is seeking a Project Architect to lead the full lifecycle of civic, commercial, and institutional projects. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing meaningful public and private spaces to lifewhile enjoying real ownership, mentorship opportunities, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead projects from concept through construction administration

Guide design development and ensure technical excellence in documentation

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Oversee schedules, budgets, and project milestones

Mentor junior staff and support a high-performing, collaborative culture

Stay current on building codes, ADA, and sustainability standards

What You'll Bring:

Professional degree in Architecture

6-10 years of experience in commercial, institutional, or civic design

Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and documentation best practices

Proven ability to manage and execute multiple project phases

Architectural Licensure (or active pursuit) required

A proactive, detail-oriented, and design-sensitive approach
