**Job Description**
Utilize MIG welding techniques to construct aluminum stud frames, walls, and roofs to create enclosures. Weld all secondary and supporting components for the enclosure, including steel tanks, and assemble and weld walls around fuel tanks. Conduct tests on welds for leaks and complete spot welds where necessary. Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure all welding work meets required specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on aluminum stud frames, walls, and roofs.
+ Weld secondary and supporting components for enclosures.
+ Weld steel tanks and assemble walls around fuel tanks.
+ Test welds for leaks and perform spot welds as required.
+ Work with Quality Control to verify compliance with specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience (work, hobby, or volunteer).
+ Light and medium gauge fabrication experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
+ Proficient in reading tape measures and performing basic math calculations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to interpret shop drawings.
+ AWS Certification.
+ Certified Flux Core welder.
+ Technical Degree or Certification.

**Work Environment**
Work Monday to Friday on the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm. Training will occur on the first shift until the second shift is available, which will be from 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required after shifts and during weekends. This role is based at a startup site in Batesville.
