Position Overview: A leading Oklahoma City area general contractor is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join its growing team in Oklahoma City. This role is pivotal in overseeing the successful delivery of diverse commercial construction projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a strong track record in managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Project portfolio includes a wide variety of commercial and light-industrial builds across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout

• Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and daily site logistics

• Ensure projects meet or exceed safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners

• Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively and effectively

• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and inspections

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Experience managing ground-up and interior buildout projects

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety regulations

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Proficiency in project scheduling and construction management software

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
