**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Drywall Carpenter to join our team. This role involves installing, framing, and finishing drywall in commercial spaces such as office buildings, medical facilities, schools, and retail stores. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, understands commercial building practices, and can adapt to fast-paced job sites.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measure, cut, and install metal or wood framing for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
+ Hang and finish drywall panels to specifications, including taping and texturing.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
+ Work with other trades to ensure seamless coordination of installation.
+ Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
+ Inspect finished work for quality control and compliance with building codes.
+ Operate hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in drywall hanging, finishing, and framing.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Experience in using hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of commercial experience in drywall carpentry.
