Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring construction laborers for a commercial project in Louisville, KY. We're looking for dependable laborers who can assist with general tasks and help keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized.

Work Scope Includes:

• General site clean-up and debris removal

• Cleaning up the jobsite throughout the day and at project milestones

• Moving and organizing materials as directed

• Assisting other trades and following instructions from site leads

• Following all site safety protocols and working efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:

• Some prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks

• Willingness to work well as part of a team and follow directions
