Senior E/E & Semicon Engineer - Electrical Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team focused on small robots and ground-based vehicle systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical components and systems that meet customer requirements. You will contribute to research and development efforts, work independently and collaboratively, and report to the Engineering Manager while working closely with the Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
• Design, test, and determine fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, including methods, procedures, and testing conditions.
• Develop applications of controls, instruments, and systems for new commercial, domestic, and industrial uses.
• Ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve design, development, and testing processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance in your technical area of specialization.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in EDA tools.
• Strong skills in analog/digital circuit design.
• Experience leading DFMEA processes.
• Proficient in functional safety analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and guiding engineers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ALTIUM Designer or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of circuit design.
• Proficient in using test tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
