General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in general labor or construction and be comfortable working outdoors. This role involves working in a production building as a concrete worker, where you will contribute to the production process with precision and care.
**Responsibilities**
+ Learn all the skills listed on the Production Worker Skill Sheet.
+ Gather components required for form layout, as directed by the Leadperson.
+ Prepare forms for the day's pour by cleaning, caulking, and oiling.
+ Fabricate steel bars into cages for precast pieces as directed.
+ Place components into forms at required locations prior to stressing cable.
+ Inspect chuck assemblies for defects and cleanliness and replace if necessary.
+ Utilize a tape measure accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor experience or construction experience.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs.
+ Comfortable working outdoors.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Knowledge of concrete and precast production.

The start time is flexible between 6am and 7am, with shifts ending no later than 5pm, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
