Finish Carpenter**
**Pay:** $23-$25hr
**Shift:** 7am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri)
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including installing and adjusting doors and windows, performing light electrical and plumbing duties, and completing punch list items. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow with a new company.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install and adjust doors, windows, and hardware.
+ Perform painting and light electrical and plumbing tasks.
+ Frame, install, and repair drywall.
+ Conduct various repair tasks such as fixing sliding glass doors and kitchen drawers.
+ Complete punch list duties efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 3 years of construction experience.
+ Proficiency in carpentry and finish carpentry work.
+ Experience with framing, drywall, and rough carpentry.
+ Ability to use hand tools and a tape measure effectively.
+ Experience in commercial construction and metal stud installation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with finishing duties such as installing doors and windows, adjusting cabinets, and installing hardware.
+ Familiarity with basic handyman tasks including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and framing.
+ Experience with commercial construction is a plus.
+ Must be open to traveling up to 3 hours.

**Work Environment**
Our work environment is primarily based in the greater Nashville area, with occasional travel to Huntsville and Memphis. The workweek is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours with overtime not typically required. Travel includes per diem, reimbursement for mileage, and hotel accommodations. Personal protective equipment, excluding steel toe boots, is provided. The position requires reliable transportation and personal tools, including basic hand and power tools.
