Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Engineer will perform general labor tasks to ensure the facility is clean and operational. Responsibilities include maintaining clean working areas, greasing and oiling conveyors, and ensuring material piles are correctly located and stocked. The role involves using a 5-yard bucket loader and requires basic preventative maintenance, including greasing conveyor belts and cleaning filters. **Responsibilities**
+ Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facility cleanliness.
+ Grease and oil all conveyors to ensure smooth operation.
+ Ensure material piles are correctly located and stocked using a 5-yard bucket loader.
+ Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment, including greasing conveyor belts and cleaning filters.
+ Implement lockout tagout procedures when working on equipment.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ Preventive maintenance experience.
+ Experience in construction, landscaping, or farming.
+ Ability to lift 50-75 lbs independently.
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience working outdoors.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Loader and/or skid steer experience is preferred.
+ OSHA Training is a plus.
