Lustercraft Plastics is seeking a dependable and motivated Fabricator to join our team. You'll be working hands-on to build our custom egress window well covers – a unique, in-demand product that you can check out at lustercraft.com .

This is a full-time, in-house position in Wichita. You’ll work in a quiet, climate-controlled environment with professional-grade woodworking tools like chop saws, table saws, drill presses, and sanders. Experience with these tools is mandatory, but we provide on-the-job training for the role of window well cover fabricator.

• Current or former construction crew members (framing, trim carpentry, general labor, etc.)

• Someone with 1–2 years of hands-on trade experience with wood working tools

• Anyone tired of extreme heat, unpredictable job sites, or job-hopping

• Positive, drama-free attitude – we take pride in our respectful, hard-working shop culture

• Willingness to learn – no formal certifications required

• Dependability – show up on time, ready to work

• Ability to work independently after training
