Actalent is hiring a Project Manager in Aurora, CO! Job Description We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will interface effectively with clients, manage multiple projects, and ensure the successful completion of our construction and design-build projects, particularly within the conveyor systems group. Responsibilities Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring clear and effective communication. Organize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs and project requirements. Manage project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Utilize construction and project management tools, including Bluebeam and Excel. Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success. Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving to overcome project challenges. Foster a team atmosphere and contribute to a laid-back, yet professional work environment. Essential Skills 2-8 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or engineering . Strong skills in general computer knowledge and social skills. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel . Ability to organize tasks effectively and articulate thoughts clearly. Willingness to learn and adapt to unique processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in Engineering (any discipline except IT) or Construction Management. Experience with AutoCAD is ideal. Experience in GC, Subcontractor, or Engineering is beneficial. Personality and extroversion are highly valued. Work Environment The work environment is youthful and dynamic, with a laid-back culture that encourages wearing jeans and tennis shoes. Our office offers incredible views, and we are located in a brand new facility with top-notch equipment. Expect to travel occasionally for projects, with trips averaging slightly more than once a month, typically lasting 1-2 nights.
