Woodworker for Van Conversion Cuts (As-Needed / Project-Based)

Im looking for a skilled woodworker or craftsman to help with cutting plywood panels for my custom van conversion business.

This is not a full-time job I build several vans per year, and about every 23 months I need someone to handle a large round of cuts based on detailed measurements Ill provide. It usually works out to 714 days of work per project.

Ideal Fit:
You have your own workshop or space with the right tools a table saw setup is preferred. I have a track saw you could use, but ideally youd have one too.
Youre confident cutting 3/4 birch ply and similar with clean, accurate results.
You understand the importance of precision and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
Youre organized, responsive, and easy to communicate with.

What I Need:
Ill provide detailed cut sheets and measurements for the project.
You cut all panels to spec and label them clearly.
Ideally, youre in or near Los Angeles for easier logistics.

Pay:

Im open to hearing your rate whether its hourly or per project, let me know what you charge and how you prefer to work. Im not sure what the going rate is for this type of gig, so Id appreciate transparency and any guidance.
