General Contractor

We are looking for a reliable, motivated general contractor for ongoing property maintenance and labor tasks in Cedar City. The ideal candidate will be versatile and ready to take on a wide range of duties at various properties. This role requires someone who can work independently and is comfortable handling various maintenance and repair needs.

Responsibilities include:

Property Showings: Show properties to potential tenants or buyers as needed.

General Labor: Perform various labor tasks such as yard work, cleaning, and general maintenance.

Maintenance Requests: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and handle repairs.

Repairs & Upkeep: Minor carpentry, drywall work, tile, and grout repairs.

Battery Replacement: Replace batteries for property door locks and other devices.

Trash Removal: Regularly remove trash.

Other Tasks: Willing to take on any other duties that come up related to property maintenance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general contracting, property maintenance, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently.

Must have your own transportation.

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
