General Laborer Job Description: Operate and monitor production line equipment Assemble, package, and label food products according to company standards Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following food safety guidelines Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned by leadership General Laborer Job Requirements: Requirements: Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Work Environment: Indoor production facility with exposure to cold, wet, or humid conditions Cooler environment, approximately 45-50 degrees Fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina and alertness PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
