We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in high-end residential construction, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of estimating large, complex custom builds. This is a key role within our team, supporting our continued growth and reputation for excellence.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for high-end residential projects ($10M-$30M)

Review architectural and engineering drawings, specs, and project documents

Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for materials, labor, and subcontractor work

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope clarification

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and ownership to develop bid strategies

Participate in project handoff and preconstruction meetings

Update and maintain cost databases, unit pricing, and historical cost records

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on custom high-end residential projects

Proven ability to estimate complex builds from concept through construction documents

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Sage, or similar)

Excellent organizational skills, communication and analytical thinking

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience preferred
