Description

Searching for licensed architect with degree from NAAB accredited program to join our team as a Construction Administration Architect. This role is critical in ensuring that our design intent is faithfully executed during the construction phase. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving on-site.Experience in at least 5 commercial projects required. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary architectural contact during the construction phase of projects.Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings in a timely manner.Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.Prepare and issue field observation reports and punch lists.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve construction issues.Review and process change orders and construction-related documentation.Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and regulations.Maintain accurate records of project correspondence and decisions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

80 hours of PTO a year (negotiable) & 11.5 HOL
Hired as a full-time employee, expected to work 40 hours per week
