Pole Barn Construction Laborer

What We're Looking for:
*Previous experience in pole barn, framing, or general construction
*Comfortable using power tools, reading plans, and working at heights
*Positive attitude with leadership potential and problem- solving mindset
*Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions
*No Experience needed. Willing to train.

Job Duties Include:
* Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
*Framing and structural assembly
*setting posts, trusses, and metal roofing/ siding
*Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
*site prep and clean-up
